Privacy Policy

Effective: June 9, 2026

The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us through the contact form, plus the standard technical logs that come with running a website. We don’t sell your information, we don’t run ads, and this site sets no tracking cookies.

Who we are

Andromesh Labs is a division of Pack Computing LLC, a small, senior, US-based software studio. This policy covers this website, the pages you’re browsing right now, and nothing else.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company (if you include one), and your message.

Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address. If something on the site breaks while you’re using it, technical details about the error (including your browser’s user-agent string, the page URL, and the referring page) are sent to our private Slack workspace so we can fix the problem.

How we use it

Two things: responding to your inquiry, and operating, securing, and debugging the site. That’s the whole list.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the site work: Slack, which delivers contact form submissions and error reports to our private workspace, and Vercel, which hosts the site. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or tracking cookies. That’s also why you don’t see a cookie banner here; there’s nothing to ask your permission for.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and operate the site.

Security

Traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to anything you send us is limited to Pack Computing LLC personnel.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal to websites. Because this site doesn’t track visitors in the first place, it behaves the same whether or not that signal is present.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request through the contact form and a person will handle it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
