About Andromesh Labs
Andromesh Labs exists because we think the point of automation is to give people their time back.
Every booking, order, or status check that software handles is time somebody didn’t have to spend on the phone. Where that time goes is up to you, but in the businesses we’ve worked with, it tends to go to the customers standing in front of them.
That’s been the thesis since we started the studio, and the AI wave hasn’t changed it. It’s made it more concrete.
Why the AI shift made this more urgent
AI assistants are starting to handle the routine parts of doing business: finding options, comparing them, booking, following up. You could read that as bad news for a studio that cares about human connection. We read it the other way.
Once the routine work is automated everywhere, what’s left to compete on is the human part. The judgment call, the person who remembers what you ordered last time. Today that part gets crowded out, because your team spends half the day retyping orders and answering the same ten questions.
So we build the agent-facing layer: MCP apps that let AI assistants book, quote, order, and get answers on your behalf. See our services for how we help businesses get there. It’s machine-to-machine plumbing, and it’s supposed to be boring. The interesting part is what your team does with the hours it frees up.
Who we are
Andromesh Labs is a division of Pack Computing LLC, a small US-based software studio. There’s no sales team and no junior bench. If you talk to someone here about your project, that’s the person who will build it.
We’ve spent our careers building and running production software for businesses, and we’ve kept the studio small on purpose. Coordination overhead kills more projects than bad code does.
What we believe
Plain language over jargon
You shouldn’t need a translator to understand your own project. If we can’t explain what we’re building and why in plain English, we don’t understand it well enough yet.
Automate the routine, protect the human
We automate the repetitive work and draw a clear line around the moments that should have a person in them. Getting that line right is most of the design work.
Honest claims only
No invented case studies, no inflated numbers. When we cite a statistic we tell you what it actually measures and, wherever we can, who measured it. When we don’t know something, we say so.
Built to last beyond the hype cycle
Gartner predicts more than 40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled by the end of 2027. Most of those will have started as a demo somebody fell in love with. We scope narrowly, ship one workflow at a time, and stick around after launch, which is unglamorous and works.
Let’s talk about your business
Tell us how your business works and we’ll tell you what, if anything, the shift to AI assistants means for it. A person reads every message.
